Kookbin Kwan Korea Restaurants ( 국빈관) — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

This is the place we visit from time to time for special occasions: birthday, celebration after completion of a major job or just something good has happened. It is the only Korean restaurant in our area, making it all the more out-of-the-ordinary. My wife enjoys coming here as she like Korean food, and I have learnt to like it too. I like the touch of elegance from the framed pictures on the wall, some are by impressionist painters I think. The food we ordered will always arrive before we finished the Ban Chan served in small plates, and of course, I will surely take a few snaps with my phone to capture the beauty of the array...

While it has an old interior, like 90s, you can have real Korean foods there. This restaurant is operating by an S. Korean, it provides really good and delicious foods. Its good seasoning enhances the taste of dishes. It is exactly the same taste that I had been enjoying in my hometown. For your information, it has several rooms for 8 to 16 personnel. Called for a takeout. Initially wanted a bibimbap and jjajang noodle, then i was told it’s instant noodle, not rameon. So, I ordered bibimbap and seafood pajeon(pancake) instead. The lady boss is very honest. The seafood pajeon was done nicely and cut into small slices instead of the usual big triangle. It is more like a pan crust pizza cutting. oh.. and the soup has an egg...
