So, I’ve been to this cafe twice. First experience—Chef’s kiss. I ordered the tiramisu latte—10/10, no cap. The barista also cashier with the afro hair lterally the sweetest human ever. So polite and chill

Second time absolute flop. I wanted to order, but guess what? No cashier in sight. The staff just stood there watching us at the counter like… hello? Are we invisible or what?

Then came the worst part. The server brought our food(pasta), but like slammed it on the table with zero manners, no eye contact, and walked off. Meanwhile, we’re smiling and wanna say, “thank you,” but she straight-up ghosted us.

For food i gave 6/10 too spicy for creamy pasta. The coffee (tiramisu latte hot) 8/10. p/s:Cold tiramisu latte is the best choice for sure.

The workers that day were women (barista and server) except the cashier was a man (yup, not that afro boy). Btw—ladies, if y’all can’t handle your mood swings, maybe this job...

Worth to try but not to repeat, because of the service! If you’re not able to handle the pressure working in F&B might as well this is not for you. I was hesitant to give a review, but to come across few other reviews regarding the service, I wasn’t wrong. Husnuzon maybe the girl pms ke apa. Masuk masuk kedai terus dengan muka ketat tak welcoming langsung. Lepastu time order pun lahh so rude. Tak reti menyabar nak ambil order. It’s normal to take some time a bit to decide wtv the customer wants to eat. We did nothing wrong and not even being fussy to deserved such treatment!

Maybe bukan rezeki I to get the right person to serve us. The food was good, the coffee. But the service, just meh. Could be better. But people’s first impression will...

Not recommended. Staff are not friendly at all. They welcome us with sour face & taking orders in a rude way. Its our first & last time coming here. We were looking at the menu and the staff that took order keep asking us “Lagi?” “Lagi?”. When I ask him few things about the food, he answered me in a very arrogant way.
