For food, I would give 5 stars. Firewood chicken, mapo tofu, pancake, oven roasted chicken and xiao long bao is good. This 1 star rating is for the service. I have visited this restaurant twice. Few reasons. No one will serve you. The lady boss is forever busy, she won't accommodate additional order upon initial order. No one is available to serve you drinks and cutleries. We took drinks out from the fridge ourselves and cutleries from the kitchen to our table. Nobody is available to wipe the table. We had to wipe it ourselves. Speed - food preparation is extremely slow. We pre-ordered dishes few days upon visit, reach the restaurant at 5.30pm yet food only ready by 7pm plus. We observed there's only 1 chef for grilling meat, 1 chef for cooking at the kitchen and 1 chef for dough/pastry related dishes. Even with pre-ordered dishes, bbq skewers not available. Cleanliness - if you are ocd, this place is not for you. Lotsa flies everywhere, tables not wipped, dirty chairs and floor, many dead fishes floating on the lake. To pay was a pain. My friend queued 30 mins to make payment!! There is only one counter/line to pay and order. Seriously Mizuki Garden, do you expect customers to wait 30...

Bad experience due to: Had the 2d1n package includes food. Firstly, they had omitted our booking on the lamb and we didn't manage to try it at all. They even thought we book accomodation only even we called up a day before to make sure they fill up the pool and reconfirm our food booking. The room is very basic that comes with a single bed (without bedsheet). If you wish to sleep then pay 50 to get pillow and bedsheet (add bed). Well. After you have moved out the bed sheet, you will see the dust and leftover items hiding under the bed. Overall cleanliness failed. the kettle is totally not working. (2 out of 4 rooms we booked) They prioritised walk in customer more. The usage of air-conditioning dining room is free for in house customer usage. But they never bother to inform the guest. The fish pond filtering system are bad and smelly. Overall food is average up. Overall service is bad from the counter. Fb reply is fast indeed. Could be 2 different managing team. 1 local aunt waitress is very helpful. They do not have a proper and systematic booking system and everything runs in manual. So pls do expect inaccuracy on...

2.3km from Hill Top Eco Deer Ranch hence the decision to come here. No one served us despite us looking all stressed up standing and waiting with two very young kids. Had to resort to getting baby chairs on our own and sitting at a rather big table (the smaller tables were either occupied or not cleaned up). Even ordering alone we had to approach the counter and do it with lady boss (I think). She also expressed dissatisfaction that we came without a table reservation and occupied such a big table when there's only 4 of us.

Portion of food here comes in only 1 size - large. Hence you can imagine how much leftovers we had after having fried rice, seaweed soup, pork and chicken dishes. The bill totalled to RM117+ and the food wasn't that good too, not to mention about the service which doesn't really exist. Also, there were flies everywhere.

Throughout our one hour or so dining there, there were few customers complaining at the counter about something as well. Even paying the bill and trying to take away our leftover food took forever. Do not ever come here unless you want to pay a lot for average food and enjoy...

Recommendation of a friend of mine. Made a day trip to Mantin via KL and stopped by Lenggeng - we had to try the firewood roast chicken, so i called a day earlier to prepare it. The chicken was a hit - bit dry, but it was flavourful. We also had the roast lamb - a bit chewy and dry. The ma po tofu was a hit with the kids. The sour hot fiah soup did not disappoint. Steamed flower mantous were plump and paired well with soup and meats. Lady boss gave me a huge bag of green tea - prolly a kg's worth - such a kind gesture. It's not long jing or bi lou chun but it's passable for daily drinking. I see there's accommodation here as well which makes for a good retreat into the rainforests of broga hills.

An unexpected find in Broga. This a China restaurant with a few villas for rental. Operated by China people who seems much localized, the menu was quite extensive and very much China. We ordered some of their recommended dishes and most were pretty good tasting. I loved the spring onion pancake which was fragrant & crispy. The fried cabbage looked simple but was so nice & crunchy. Overall the food was much authentic and prices were reasonable. However during lunch time when we were there the place was rather hot and humid despite having several fans facing us ! It’s probably best to dine in the evening when it’s cooler but then better to make prior reservations…….

a surprising good dining experience. the mala are not overly spicy and numbing which is good for me. you still get the aroma minus the spiciness. their signature wood fire chicken was an experience with the dish cooked at the table in front of you. wasn't expecting quality but was surprising good. the lamb is really good. wood fired over 3hrs. you need to call up earlier to order their lamb. the wait can beer long during peak hours as there are limited staff. the restaurant is surrounded by forest so it's cooling. this is also a good place to social. no 4G. everyone off the phone.
