Mr Manshor Kopitiam Power — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Heard about this place a while back and it's such a let down. Not to ruin the business but my advise is not to come here at all.

First when I come & sit, had to wait for about 5-8 min coz no one was entertaining us. So had to go to the counter and ordered myself. Moments later another family came by and was frustrated as no one was entertaining them & take orders. They have waited longer than me.

Second, I ordered the coffee power. As you can see on the menu, they had since increase the price. It was just actually milo tabur. I was totally disappointed as I'm paying for a an ice latte price at a cafe for milo tabur. It's ridiculous.

Third, it's good to see young lads running the shop but you realize fast that no one among them know what they're doing. Everyone was scrambling around doing everything. It was totally not organize restaurant which explains why the service was bad.

Fourth, if you're a restaurant that only except cash, prepare your change. Kid even ask me for duit kecik while I was waiting my turn to pay. I had to wait few minutes while this kids went panicked to find spare change.

Overall it was one of the bad experience you had at a restaurant where you if people ask 'have you been there?' and you can reply 'yes but will never go there again ever.'

If you don't mind all of the above, I think it will be a fantastic experience for you...

ONE OF THE BADDEST EXPERIENCE HAPPEN TO ME AND MY FAMILY AT THIS RESTAURANT. DONT GO HERE AT ALL! SO STINKY AND BAD SMELL

customer service - SUPER BAD! I WRONGLY PARK AT ROOF PARKING BESIDES THE PREMISE AS I GOT KIDS AND IT IS RAINING, ASSUMING IT IS PROVIDED BY THE RESTAURANT. SUDDENLY MY CAR BEEN BLOCK BY SOMEONE, AND I ASK POLITELY THE RESTAURANT OWNER AND WORKER, THEY SAID THEY DONT KNOW, AND THEY EVEN DONT HELP ME AT ALL, I NEED TO ASK EACH TABLE WHOSE CAR IS IT. SUDDENLY THE OWNER SAID THAT STUPID CAR BELONGS TO OWNER OF THE GARAGE. ( WHICH I DONT KNOW ) I EVEN SAY SORRY TO THE GARAGE OWNER AND ALL I GOT IS JUST “BODOH” COMING OUT FROM THAT GARAGE OWNER. NEXT TIME PUT A FREAKING SIGNBOARD SO PEOPLE WILL KNOW.

FOOD - TASTE SUPER BAD AND JIJIK TO THE MAX. ASK FOR MEE KARI AYAM AND ALL I GOT IS JUST 3 PIECE CHICKEN CUTLET THAT SMELLS ROTTEN.

DRINKS - SUPER BAD, MESSY AND PRICEY FOR A SMALL CUP OF CLASSSIC. CHEAP COFFEE MIX WITH CHEAP CHOCOLATE POWDER, PUT IN A KOPITIAM GLASS AND THEY’LL CHARGE YOU AT RIDICULOUS PRICE .

order kopi power panas, tapi yang sampai langsung tak panas. kopi tu em okay la. Ada rasa unique sikit. Tapi cup tu kecil sangat, macam cup yang orang serve bila kau datang rumah siapa2 and kau akan refill air dalam cawan tu. terlalu tersangat teramat tak berbaloi kopi tu untuk RM8

member order nasi lemak, after lama tunggu, bila tanya dia kata nasi tengah masak. lel. sampai2 je nasi tu rasa nasi putih. takde rasa lemak langsung and the fragrance of the nasi is at 1 out of 10

order roti boom, and roti boom tu sampai kat meja kitorang sampai dua kali. the second one tu sampai dalam 20 minutes after diorang serve the first one. time dia hantar the second one, kitorang cakap la actually dah dapat roti boom, then dia pula kata yang kitorang makan tu roti boom kari kambing. yang dia baru hantar ni roti boom biasa. Kitorang tak order pun roti boom kari kambing, kitorang order yang biasa. tapi sebab dah makan habis dah yang kari kambing tu, dia pun amek la semula yang biasa tu. yang sakit hatinya, masa nak bayar, brader tu mcm nak caj kitorang harga roti boom kari kambing yang beza RM4 dari roti boom biasa padahal dalam kari tu ada 2 ke 3 ketul je daging kambing. customer kau ni order roti boom biasa, kau yang gi hantar kari kambing. dah la time hantar tak bagitahu pun tu roti boom apa so kau expect kitorang tahu ke tu roti boom kari kambing yang berharga RM8 bila cuma ada 2 ketul daging dalam tu. nasib la dia boleh bawak bincang so lastly dapat la harga roti boom biasa

yang paling kelakar is roti bakar. dah la sampai lambat gila. after 30 minutes. ingatkan dia tak buat dah. roti tu pula dia cuma bakar satu keping je, satu keping lagi langsung tak bakar 🤣. roti bakar yang anak buah aku yang 6 tahun tu buat pun jauh lebih menarik. Dengan Rm3.50 nya. Kaya Butter toast Oldtown pun RM3 je
