Today, I visited Pizza Hut Putra Nilai — and it turned out to be an amazing experience that brought back so many childhood memories.

The moment I opened each box of food I ordered, I was shocked — in the best way. Everything looked great, smelled amazing, and tasted even better. It genuinely reminded me of the Pizza Hut I loved growing up. The portions were generous, the food was delicious, and the wait time was short. It felt like the standard I remember from my childhood was finally back.

Ordered take away through pizza hut apps. Order placed at 12.30pm. Collection time given at the apps 12.48pm. Arrived at the permise at exactly 12.48pm but my order is not ready yet. Okay understandable since they might take few minutes to wrap it all up. End up I need to wait another 20 minutes for my meal. Ordered online because I want to shorten the waiting time as I have other business to attend to. Horrible customer service. No staff can be seen at the counter or anywhere in the dining hall since they’re all in the kitchen. Few walk ins decided to leave after waiting for a quite some time and were not entertained...

Their service is so shitty. The WiFi in the store is already bad and they’re giving a QR code. How can we scan it when there’s no line in the freaking shop? The customer service is so bad. It takes so long to get the food. Worst experience in a pizza restaurant. Either close shop or get some worthy workers because they don’t even give two shits about their customers.
