Firstly, the staff on duty was extremely rude, acting as if she owned the business. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional, and it made me feel very unwelcome. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a customer service environment.
Secondly, I was shocked to see the branch closing before 9:40 PM, even though the official operating hours clearly state otherwise. There was no clear explanation or courtesy to the customers who were still hoping to be served.
Please advise your staff to maintain proper professionalism and not bring personal attitudes into the workplace. If such behavior continues, I truly believe your customers (including myself) will think twice before returning. If necessary, consider assigning staff who truly understand hospitality and respect.

As a first-time customer, I was disappointed when the female staff informed me that iced drinks were unavailable due to running out of ice. I hesitated whether to proceed with ordering a hot coffee. Suddenly, the same staff member rudely chastised me with mocking tone and gestures, saying, “ice takde, dahtu macam mana nak buat air?”.
It leaves me feeling frustrated and unappreciated as a first time customer. I hope the manager takes this matter seriously as I believe I have done nothing wrong. I just walked in, wondering what kind of drink to order but then suddenly I got that kind of treatment. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Because of that treatment, the atmosphere and everything turned bad!!!

Read more01.02.2025 ,we have visit Zus Coffee branch Gemas at order 2cake and 3cup of drinks. The staff was placing a wrong remark of the cake name, we did not know the cake name and order according to the remark. When they serve the cake, we notice was wrong cake, and i ask for exchange on the spot without touching the cake. A Malay girl staff was rude and say we order wrong so can't exchange, I did mention is I order according to the remark they put. They put wrong the remark and still be rude to customer,the price of the cake is same but she refused to exchange although is their fault. At last she exchange the cake but was in impolite attitude. I hope Zus Coffee Gemas can give a training to their staff be polite...
