Lian Heng Hainam Kopitiam is a laid-back spot with some good vibes! The parking situation is a breeze, with plenty of space available, including shaded spots under the trees – a definite plus.

We tried out their Carry Mee and Pork Noodles, which were decent but didn't quite hit the mark for us. However, the kaya butter bread was a standout – it was absolutely delicious and worth coming back for!

For drinks, we sampled their Teh Giam C and the Signature Hainam Cham, both of which were enjoyable.

The atmosphere inside the kopitiam is relaxed and welcoming, with some great old-school music playing in the background. It's the kind of place where you can easily spend an hour catching up with friends or family.

However, I found that the butter was scarcely noticeable, which could be improved for those seeking a stronger buttery flavor.

The decor here with lots of hanging plants will definitely attract the insta crowd. Lots of seating as it is a corner shop plus I think the plants help cool down the place on a hot afternoon. Should make for a nice place to have a cup of coffee and hang out.

Ordering is via scanning a QR code. Although this method is getting popular nowadays, I do find it rather tedious to scroll through a small screen and stare at tiny photos to make my lunch selection.
