The foods are okay but the customer service is really awful. One of the staff sent our dishes to another customer. Firstly, the customer already told the staff who sent the dishes that they didn’t ask for the foods but the staff just ignored. The customers started to touch at the edge of the plate and told to the staff again that the foods might belong to us. Then the staff sent the foods to us. My mom told the staff it was unethical to send the same foods since the other customers already touch and smell the foods and it seemed unclean. Surprisingly, the staff was so rude and he talked back to my mom in such a rude manner and brought our family to such a discomfort. Instead of saying sorry to us for his inefficiency, he was extremely rude. I’d believe, they are lack of professionalism since I saw bunch of the male staffs just standing in a group which brought them to this failure. What I like about the pizza is they were all handmade and baked by a stone oven powered by firewoods, not electricity. The base is so soft, it melts my heart away.

Do note the operation time though. So plan your trip from KL early if you must.

Pizza is Delicious no matter when hot or cold; i personally love the daging salai flavor! The daging was heavily burnt and very dry actually 🤣but each of it got the taste of charcoal. Interesting! Beware of the spicy chilli sauce on top if cant take spicy; Nasi goreng + Chicken chop, the nasi goreng was below expectation; red chilli was inserted into??? Why is it so?
