I used to be a frequent customer here. But I don't think I would continue to be loyal anymore.

A very poor service. Staff also are not friendly, not professional to handle situations. The issue is they don't have small changes, not sure what happened, at least explained the situation to customer so that we could understand. They left the customer in puzzle, then suddenly asking the customer to get small changes to do the payment, which is not the wise solution.

No apologies for making the customer a long wait (because no small changes to return). Plus not even provide online payment facilities such ,' Touch n Go e-wallet, GrabPay or Maybank2u QR pay. My office small bakery even offers this service. 🙄

My friendly advice to you, if you want to stay relevant in business, you must change to be better and go digital, please! Or else so you will be like Nki and Kda the first in the game and finally lost in the rat race. Wake up! We're in the 21st century already.

This is used to be our favourite place for lunch when travelling from melaka-terengganu-melaka. Chicken used to be very big and full of spices and a lot of crunchy "kerak". I remember before, I would rather buy their fried chicken than KFC. However, the quality deteriorates over time when considering the price hike. Yesterday, I stopped by again and have normal nasi kukus ayam rempah and kambing massala. Totally disappointed with the fried chicken breast. It seems like a pigeon's breast..Too small for such a price. Chicken is cold and dry. No longer rich of spices..Pity..Owner should maintain the quality of their food. Afterall, how hard is it to marinate and fry a chicken. Lamb massala is ok la but the portion is ciput..overall, totally disappointed..May not go there anymore..Others may try, who knows, may be you are lucky. one more thing, cashier, please listen carefully to what your customer order.
