We had come here being all excited many times until we grew tired of always having to sit extremely close between tables. I understand there are many people, but does it make sense to be arranging tables TOO CLOSE of nealy 1 cm apart? Please consider the comfort of your customers. They pay for the food, and it is not fair to have such an uncomfortable environment to dine in. I believe this is just basic logic. I can even see and hear everything so clearly about what the person beside me is talking about, which makes me extremely uncomfortable. Regardless of that, we still continued to come, bringing extended families across states and promoting RBB to them until one day when we were about to take our seats and we were reprimanded to line up next time we make a visit to the restaurant by a tan-skinned, chubby waiter, but somehow we had waited for long enough, long enough, but no waiter was there, and we immediately lost our appetite. It wasn't that we were doing it on purpose, but the waiter made us feel embarrassed. It was indeed disrespectful. Moreover, there was this chubby, dark-skinned guy who would always appear to be THE WAITRESS who squeezed us between tables and never let us sit outside, even though the inside seats were packed. What triggers my curiosity is that I could witness people eating at the outdoor section, so what does he mean by “LUAR TUTUP”?. I guess the outside areas are for royalty or selective customers. It's really unacceptable when basic common sense is not incorporated into the minds of the two waiters. Once again, I would like to voice out that the arrangements of tables are in need of rearrangement, and I am not the only one feeling the discomfort. There is much unspoken discomfort scattered in the faces of customers who needed to sit extremely close to strangers. Customers will feel much more appreciative if you are much more aware of their comfort, regardless of whether they continue to come. Never take any customers for granted. Never treat anyone...
Read moreLet me share you my honest review. First of all do not come here on weekend or during holiday i.e. peak time. Me and my family went there on 5 Feb. 2023. Arrive there around 10.05 am, and surprised with crowded people even on rainy day. Around 10.20 my family manage to get a table and only at 10.35 a waiter came to take an order. We ordered kachang phool, nasi lemak ayam crispy, english breakfast, roti bakar chicken + cheese, telur separuh masak and milo dinosaur. Telur separuh masak came around 5 minute after we order and that was fast since i saw many table did not get their food even arrived early than me. I think it arrived early because not many ordered. Then around 11.00 only kachang phool arrived and at 11.20 the english breakfast arrived. I can accept the lateness of the previous order. But, can not tolerate with the remaining of nasi lemak ayam crispy and milo dinosaur. A table next to me get a table around 11.15 am, but they manage to get nasi lemak first around 11.30 am. After several time asked the waiter only get my nasi lemak around 11.45 am and the waiter send me again telur separuh masak (why it arrived second time). I thought the nasi lemak will arrived first because i saw the section was quite relaxed. The milo dinosaur arrived around 11.35 am. When you serve with only 7 choices of drinks, how can you can not manage how to make the drinks come out faster. I see a lot of table only drink warm water because of it much faster since self served. For me the food you served taste very great and you deserved 5 star rating. But for service i will give you -ve 1000 rating if it was available to choose. For a place that was popular enough, the service must be put as top priority since i saw many table are waiting for their drinks. Next time if i go there, i will skip to breakfast there if i saw crowded people. One of the worse service that i...
Read moreIf you don't live in this neighbourhood, passing by you will surely curious with "what's on" with this modern warung.. So happening that car park til out there, there's RELA to assist in parking and ppl Q'ing for during breakfast time😅
We joined in and has to admit that RELA assistance does help alot. Very limited parking space inside the warung area, so others need to park beside a lorong or along the shoulder of Beserah main road. Families with kids Pls be assured to take serious alert with your kids in and out of the car. Cars are flying thru the main road.
Staffs are very attentive and ordering also smooth. Only breads varieties or nasi lemak with fried chicken is served here. No rendang or curry chicken and totally no noodles menu at all. Food is mediocre nothing to shout out. Probably it's the vibe and modernised warung hut that give customers good dining time, still worth a try.
Their bread menu which say either beef/lamb did dispointed us. Its actually the burger type beef/lamb patty. We thought it was like the kebab roasted beef/lamb. Nasi lemak rice is good for its rice, nice coconut fragrance. Sambal and fried chicken is not up to standard. Kacang pool is good but...
