Went there the first day of their opening to get me some of those fried chicken and those good ol' biscuits , safe to say I went home satisfied .

The menu's were classic TEXAS menu . Simple yet still lots of choices to choose for . Nothing to fuss about .

Also did I mention about the FREE REFILL DRINKS ??!

The chicken's size was BIG . Cooked perfectly , not too oily not overseasoned . Inside was moist and the skin was crunchy . As expected of TC

The workers are really lazy. Have you ever seen the sloth from the cartoon Zootopia? That's exactly how slow they are. Even when pulling out a receipt, there’s no enthusiasm. It’s funny but so unprofessional. The first time I experienced it, I could still think positively, understanding that working in F&B is tiring, but this is my third time coming and their behavior is still the same. Before, I didn’t want to bother with their rude attitudes, but today really tested my patience.

I added an order for a la carte tenders. The first receipt was 154 and the second receipt was 155. But the preparation for the second receipt was extremely slow. Then the staff took the tenders from the back, brought them to the front, and slammed the food down before putting it in the plastic bag. What’s their problem? Their attitude is really off. My family went to the Texas Chicken store along Kuantan Gambang(near the Toyota service centre) this evening to try out the food there. We have to pack because the store was about to close. When we arrived home we discovered that they did not put in to our order a burger which was for my son. We are very disappointed with the dishonesty of the staff there. I hope the Manager or the owner check on the staff there. I will be going there again tomorrow to bring this matter up with the Manager there. A very disappointed customer. I went to the restaurant again the next day to tell the manager about the incident and he was very helpful. He apologised for their mistake and immediately replaced the meal.
