碗中香福建虾面 TASTY BOWL NOODLE HOUSE — Restaurant in Penang

Comfortable place to eat, but the only thing good to eat is their hokkien prawn noodles. The soup is delicious for both their wet and dry versions, though there's only two or three small prawns.

The roast pork in their roast pork nasi lemak was no good. The nasi lemak itself seemed average.

Ordered dry koay teow with meat balls on another trip, but the koay teow was still so wet; they didn't drain it enough. The taste was fine, though.

Tried both their Nanyang coffee and hor ka sai, but both were horrible. Seems like anything with coffee is a hard pass. Haven't tried their other drinks yet.

Air conned and comfortable. Prices are competitive even with food courts. Worth going if you're already in the area or work/live nearby, but not worth driving there...

Ordered 2 nasi lemak, but waited for more than half an hour. At first i thought probably they needed some time to prepare the food, so I didn't make any noise. However, after that we realized that it was because they missed out our order.... Actually this kind of thing happened in many restaurants too, but most restaurants would try to compensate the impacted customers in another way, such as offering some discounts, free one cup of coffee for example, but they didn't, very disappointed. Therefore, wouldn't recommend it...

Very Bad experienced for 2nd time visited. Workers attitude very bad and impolite We coming for 5 persons , they given us a table corner to the wall, a couple saw us the place was limited , they quickly stand up and left the table for us , after that we requested to change to that table.. the workers said " Cannot Change " please be common sense la", even your customer also aware that the area cannot fix for 5 persons. To the owner of this restaurant , please look into this matter seriously in order it...
