terrible service. only provide cutlery after food served and requested. that one lady staff (manager?) quite rude to me and rolled her eyes when our eyes meet. and always walking from kitchen to the counter (acah busy?). despite having only 3 customers dining in, they still successfully messed up our order. ordered that 3-person-meal set but our soup and ice cream were never arrived. when asked the cashier about it, she asked back "tanya staf tak kenapa tak sampai?" like what? it's in the set kot. how can u served 1 item but missed the other that in the same set? but she kind enough to offer us to take away those never-arrived order. and one more thing, their garlic bread and spaghetti bolognese was damn cold. hygiene wise, need to be improved, especially...

Good customer service. I felt pity for their outlets recently . Its due to not enough staff and they only have 2 staff service. the manager also tried to give their best service by hired contract staff during new year and Christmas week. They tried to put job vacancy but no one want to apply for the position. Yeah qudos for their staff service that work overtime to serve the customers.

Pizza hut regional manager should check on this particular outlet. Flies inside of the restaurant. Chatty staffs with poor service.
