I putting this low rate is because the day before we came to know the place in google map.... Driving a very narrow road and this location is wrong... The actual location are lot far inside a rural farm... When we visit that day the old aunty was very polite and we cant manage to eat and she say have to book early for the chicken. So we make a reservation 8 person on the next day..
The next day we come on the axact time. A young lady came and was very bad behave to say we didnt book the lunch, and we are so frustrating and she even say we can go other place to eat... We actually booked the time and she cant find the record... I was not angry with the aunty as sometime we get forget( we are reserved and write recorded in the book) but was the young lady was in a rude manner that she seem not care about us... We are left " LAYAN DIRI" attitude such manner we decided to left the place.... We understand sometime people make mistakes but we cant accept the kind of service like the young lady talk... We not going there again....
Place are hot in the middle of durian farm, and only few self make wood table thats not good for sitting...there are better place to eat the chicken... Just a place people just want to...
Read moreHidden gem in Gopeng Hill. Excellent dining experience in kampung style. the surrounding natural hills make the dining experience very special, u can see chickens, ducks, pineapple, coconut trees, durian trees etc, n lots of flies. really really lots of flies 😅 better to call and prebook the meals as they only prepare just enough to prevent food wastage. We try their signature asam laksa. soup broth tastes sour n sweet, for me is less spicy, not bad. we ordered beggar chicken too, taste good coz they use kampung chicken to make their chicken dishes. if u want to try their chicken dishes, better to call and order in advance to avoid disappointment. The place is not huge and can accommodate 6-7 tables only. The road leading to this place is very narrow n beware of the high and abrupt speed humps. drive carefully n slow down the speed. prepare cash to pay for ur meal, they didn't accept card for payment. overall is good, we have special dining experience here, worth to...

Probably the locals knows this but visitors like us will not know. Pretty sure their food are good having patrons willing to drive all the way, i mean deep into narrow and steep kampong lanes just to patronize it.
So visitors please ensure you call to make booking before heading...
