鳗鳗碳 Man Man Tan Izakaya — Restaurant in Perak

A japanese restaurant decorated well to give off back to 80’s, nostalgic vibe in a house setting- Man Man Tan Izakaya serves Japanese food with a comfortable environment.

Do come early if you would like to try more items as they sell out early. Though the unagi don was grilled nicely with a good char, the rice itself was not flavourful enough to complement the unagi.

The tamago mentai don came rather quickly from when we ordered and when the tamago mentai don arrived, it was room temperature- it did not come hot. The rice itself also was not flavourful and a little dry.

My actual rating is -20 stars because the food ALWAYS SELLS OUT, ESPECIALLY THE MAKI. We usually go there at 7 earliest and I am beyond disappointed to see that my favourite food is not in stock every time we visit there, and it never will be in stock for a second. My disappointment undermines the overall food quality and the overall experience of this restaurant. Here's my actual rating:

Very disappointing Ramen, soup basically tasteless, thank god they provide sufficient soy sauce. Unagi and Saba don is ok, fish is fresh, rice abit cold but acceptable.
