Layanan staff sangat tak mesra, makanan sampai lambat (actually xsampai pun sbb kitorg end up cancel order)..

1. makanan2 kt atas meja lambat clear lepas pelanggan balik..maybe x cukup staff..yang ni xpe lah

2. staff yg ambil order xexplain tentang menu..dalam menu, setiap makanan (mee/kuey teow) boleh pilih samada nk kuah atau goreng..tapi bila order mee biasa, xtanya pun nk kuah atau goreng..ntahlah mungkin dah ada default type kot

3. air sampai lambat..meja yg datang lepas kitorg (they all dtg lambat lg lps kami ye..bukan dtg lps 1-2 min) dapat air dulu..bila tanya dekat staff di dapur, semua terpinga2 mcm baru tercari2 order kami

4. tukang hantar minuman rude, jawab kasar..saya tny bila blh dpt makanan? N kenapa org yg dtg lps kitorg boleh dpt dulu?? Dia jwb, “Sy xtahu, sy buat lai chi kang je, apa jd kt dlm tu sy xtahu” Amboi dikkk….

Jujur sy ckp, kalau staff2 boleh jwb baik2, explain dan tenangkan customer, kitorg xkan cancel order n boleh sabar tunggu..

Seriously kecewa..please, if nk berniaga, fix your customer service..even meja sebelah kitorg pun, dh habis makan pun, ada air n mknn yg belum sampai ye.. jd, masalahnya bukan dekat kami je..

Tempat and setting dh cantik..cuma harap dpt train staff2 cakap baik2 sikit dengan...

Went there when then this shop was start open. At that time all their food was nice and well serve. But after 5years and when making a revisit, i dont thing that i will be here again anymore. Place was bad,no improvement at all and contribute to a dirty and smelly. Our foods was not taste goods if compare to last time and over price. So sad. After all this years, i think this restaurant should be...
