OMG, "Killer" signature drink here is iced Milo and Kopi. That's RM2.50 of sheer heaven on Earth. I can't effing believe it's so good that I ordered a second glass!!! Sweet Jesus!! I'd give this place 4.5 stars but the WAIT is just way too long due to its popularity. We had to wait 30 mins before grabbing a table, which we had to share. Besides amazing drink above, the prawn fritters were also very good, though not as good as what the other reviews claimed. The seafood char Kway Teow was average, as was the seafood Kway Teow th'ng. Seafood Otak Otak presentation was amazing but taste was only slightly above average. Chai Koay was above average too. Fried red fish (Ang Hu) was alright but we ordered a bit too much and the delicious novelty of the first bite soon degenerated into a forced chore of finishing up. There was ample parking but if you come later, you will have to park further. Toilets are okay but could be better. I have a bad feeling it outputs to the sea but I couldn't confirm it. Yes, there's a nice seaview and also a temple next door. So this is a picturesque area to explore...

This is the other side of Kuala Kurau. Coffee shop is hidden and parking is at the basketball court. Didn’t manage to try many dishes. Only had oyster omelette and some drinks. Oyster omelette is considered good. Oyster huge and omelette not starchy. Paired it with some sauce for better taste. Here there’s a famous drink named 虎咬狮. Tried it, it was ok. Nothing great but I guess you just have to try it yourself to taste it. Cendol was ok too. There are many other stalls and I saw many locals enjoying their meals there. Take some nice photos of the scenery and fishing boats there while...

Great place to visit, packed with food choices.

Food that I liked Soursop drink is very nice, rm5 Hor ka sai drink is very kao Seafood curry mee is unique, have milk added 虾煎, surprisingly nice 番薯炒balitong, the sauce tastes great

Food that I didn't like Cheese baked oyster. Oyster is overcooked and not nice. Price is RM12+2(cheese) for one 干捞面,not much taste to be honest

Packed during public holidays. Although some shops normally closed on Monday or Tuesday, if it is public holiday, usually they will open. Ample of parking outside, got riverside view with...

Very interesting local eateries coffee shop. The famous "Hor Kah Sai" i.e coffee + chocolate ice drink is a must to have. Varieties of seafood available and many other choices of noodles, snacks and rojak to goes for an lazy relax afternoon coffee. Located next to the temple and easy to find. The challenges is to find a table during holidays and very crowded at time. Parking at the open space behind near the basketball court. Very good and fast service, friendly locals attendants. Must come.
