Always lovely to have bfast here. The hong kong chee chong fun has been selling for years, my all time favourite paired with the balacan chilli. Shop also sells char kuey teow that is very famous among locals for breakfast. However the queue was really long and we had to skip it this time. Will have to come earlier next time to have it. There is also a stall selling yao char kue which is very yummy and it is big in portion. RM1.10 per piece; very much cheaper to the franchise I Love Yooo White coffe and kaya toast is great as well. Prob should improve on the cleanliness

First meal in ipoh and makan this kind of Prawn noodle. My first impression is.. WOW!! It should be nice, have 2 big prawn. But who knows... the prawn is not fresh, and easily MELT.. OMG!!! The meat is 酶。So geli.. That's why I took this picture and upload in here. The soup is not nice as well. 02.05.2022 - the chinese old aunty dunno how to clean the tables at all. Wait till ppl already finish the food in dirty environment.

Tried the kuey teow, and I personally feel that it is one of the best char kuey teow in Ipoh. Do come early for the char koey teow as the tauke has a lot of customers. They do serve egg toast and very delicious Cakoi that you must try. Its a simple kopitiam, but brings the vibe of old times.

It is worth noting that all stalls (except the drinks and seafood noodle stall) only accept cash, this is rather inconvenient in this cashless world. I ended up had a drink without any food because I had no cash on hand 😅.

All the food stalls look delicious though. Will return...
