I wish there is a 0 star or negative star option!
Firstly, we barely feel any cooling sensation from the aircon.
Secondly, the serving time is incredibly slow! KFC Batu Gajah Branch is not FAST FOOD anymore! We wait for the item as shown for more than 40 minutes!!! We have to request the staff to cancel 2 pc Portuguese Egg Tart to avoid another 20 minutes waiting time while we already wait 10 minutes for nothing. I don’t get how the system running nowadays in KFC, as the front staff have to inform the kitchen staff what is the order right now, that’s why we know we have to wait for the Egg Tart for 20 minutes as the kitchen staff shout to the front staff the ready time for the Tart.
Lastly, the customer service of the staff is extremely rude! After we wait for 20 minutes for nothing, we ask one Malay Abang how long we have to wait, he told us 5 minutes. But nothing still, so we informed the Malay Abang if the food not yet ready we might have to cancel it AND here comes the highlight! An Indian lady: Cancelled all la, don’t give trouble! Quite lot of customer ask for this Indian lady how long have to wait for their food, she told them they prepare the order by the sequence while the order behind us already get their food! At the end she only told us because today have promotion, a lot of customer blak blak blak…We’ll get our food way quicker if we only order chicken! So why don’t you tell us at first when we ask?
So, my question is: You do know you have promotion, why don’t you prepared all the item earlier?
All the food we get already cold because they insisted to serve all the food together until we ask them to give us which ever food is ready while wait for the Mantou.

The staff was very rude when I talked to her and she sounds "emccch" with a very bad facial reaction like she was giving free food to me😏. Really got irritated by her behavior 😒. The order number display screen is still working but the staffs not updating the numbers there, maybe lazy to update. the customers who sitting behind needed to walk few times to infront to check the order number somemore the staffs calling the order number just once🤦🏻♀️. The sos also we need to tell staff to refill. Last time when I came the aircond was not working and the kfc was full of customers, very crowded. Felt difficult to breath and we all sweating.when I request the staff to open the behind door,they refused. The service is very bad.This kinda issues happened many times. Maybe lack of staff is main reason for this...
