We are extremely disappointed with the service at this KFC branch. We waited over 35 minutes for our order, and instead of receiving a proper apology, we were given excuse after excuse. A managerāFarah or Sarahāhandled the situation very poorly. A basic customer service principle is to apologize first, not make excuses. How can someone like this be appointed as a manager? Truly disappointed with how this branch is being managed. Hope KFC take action on this instead...
