7.32 Pm 6/8/2025 , me and my husb ordered Lemon Jasmine less ice & lemon black tea. After that the cashier repeat our order, and she clearly said “ lemon jasmine & lemon black twa “ . Then i said okay . When my husb pay, he got only 1 ringgit balance. So supposed to be he got 2 ringgit right? When we saw the receipt, its kiwi jasmine not lemon jasmine. When my husb ask the cashier, the cashier response to us very harsh and rude. She keep blamed us “ tadi i dah repeat order then you cakap okay “ . But i clearly heared she said lemon jasmine. I feel bad because both me and my husb dont drink or eat kiwi. Plus, kiwi and lemon have a different pronunciation. Im okay if the cashier reply softly but she responsed to us very rude and harsh and she keep blame us. Btw its a malay girl with black facemask. I already report to hq about this thing, just wait for next action from mixue...

Is only this mixue don’t have grape fruit tea?
