Restoran Nasi Kandar Ayam Rempah — Restaurant in Perak

We ordered a Cheese Naan, which on the menu is listed at RM4.50. However, when we received the bill, we were charged RM9 for the Cheese Naan. We asked why it wasn’t charged at RM4.50, and the mak cik at the counter explained that ours was a 'Cheese Naan Special' (with lots of cheese sauce outside) that is not listed on the menu. She said that unless we specify, they will default to serving the 'Cheese Naan Special.'

This isn’t our first visit to this mamak, and every time we ordered Cheese Naan before, it was always the same (with very little mozzarella cheese inside and a lot of cheese sauce outside), and we were always charged RM4.50. However, today, despite ordering the same Cheese Naan, we were charged double the price as if we had ordered the 'Cheese Naan Special.'

We feel that this is dishonest service, as there was no clear communication about the default upgrade or the price...

Stupid restaurant. Sound of television very loud. Due to new opening, sure very clean but the waiters are not local. Failure to understand our language. Your ayam goreng not nice. Ayam very hard to teeth. Please improve your volume of sound. This is food place and not cinema. Stupid...

For some reason all roti is not available during 3pm. I thought of having a roti telur before dinner because didn't want to eat too heavy before dinner. Probably won't come here during this hour if I want to eat roti canai or telur. And the Maggi goreng...
