Wing Zone Lebuh Meru Raya — Restaurant in Perak

I had ordered 15 pcs wings and dummetes. This is supposed to have 2 flavors to choose. I had chose louisiana spicy flavor (flavor 1) and cool ranch flavor (flavor 2). They also gave dipping sauce which was either ranch or blue cheese. I ordered the blue cheese dupping sauce.

I then proceeded to ask for an extra dipping sauce so i could have ranch dipping sauce. The staff said that ordering extra dipping sauce is not allowed. To my surprise, clearly it is written in the menu that you can add extra dipping sauce for RM4.90.

To which the staff then said they can allow it. 🤦🏻‍♂️

So I paid the sum of RM45.80 and sat down in which the cashier did not give me the receipt for my order.

I waited for 30 minutes.

I had then received the order which was incorrect. I had received 15 pieces of wings and drummettes but for only 1 flavor for all which was cool ranch. I returned my order to the staff to correct my order.

I also noticed that my dipping sauce which was supposed to be 1 Ranch and 1 blue cheese was both ranch dipping sauce only.

I asked to exchange the ranch for blue cheese. The staff returned to me with the exact same dipping sauce saying its blue cheese.

I have been to this restaurant 5 times since its opening and I have never received such poor service from their staff. But today I am very disappointed with wingzone staff and their lack of understanding a menu.

I used to think this was the best place to go get my american wings. I will never step...

The Place: A restaurant that's attached to Petronas petrol station. Parking is open out front. Restaurant dining area is made up of two floors. Ground floor has limited seating options, upper floor is accessible via stairs.

The Food: Food is great as usual. The price has increased by a lot, about RM10 difference for chicken pcs, about RM2-6 more for side dishes and extra dipping. There are more entree sets added to the menu and some new chicken flavours as well. Family-friendly meals, but also good for smaller groups.

The Service: Veryyy sloww. Although food is made to order, but need to pick up some speed in getting those orders out. Not sure if they are short-staffed in the kitchen, but waited almost an hour for take-out order. Hope...
