The service was okay but very slow. However, the Western food was a complete disappointment—a total waste of money. • I ordered a Grilled Chicken Burger, but the chicken wasn’t grilled at all. It looked like it was just dipped in chili sauce and stuffed into the bun. • The Chicken Chop was tough and rubbery, making it hard to eat. • I ordered a Single Cheesy Burger, but there was no cheese at all. • The Fun Fries were decent, but that’s about the only thing I found acceptable. • Worst of all, I ordered a chocolate smoothie at 9:20 PM, and by 10:30 PM, it still hadn’t arrived. That was the final straw!

My husband and I came around 6pm on weekend (Saturday). There were 2-3 families, and the place was not crowded at all. We decided to eat at the upper floor, but upon ordering at the ground floor, we were asked for table number. Since we didn't know the table number, i need to go upstairs and update my husband who's at the ground floor to order. And then he updated me the menu. I think it's a bit confusing, but just followed the flow. I ordered grilled chicken, and tastewise is so so. But my husband's food was better. Big Portion! What a feast.
But unfortunately, the main sauce that was use for most of the dishes, was a FAILURE. It wasn't horrible but yet a disappoinment.
Too sweet, yet too bland. Not enough to be the main ingredient for almost all the dishes.
The main reason for the crowd to stay is the portion not much because of the actual taste. And during my stay, there wasn't much competition around. But if there was a restaurant that serve a better taste with same portion, it wasn't my first choice.
Note to the owner, IMPROVE your sauce like really up to the par. Go travel around and taste all around to get the real kick...
