Uncle Bob need a lot of improvement if they want to grow their franchise. Especially at the peak hours. Lately I'm aware that this place has been viral and many people were coming here. But they're not ready for that yet. Just imagine order at 6.45 pm order complete 8.45 pm. 2 hours for just 3 item, because they said they got so many order. No wonders many new comers come into franchise failed because at first people come because of branding in this case uncle Bob branding but as time goes by if they didn't improve anything at all they'll struggle to sustain. And then inside the menu said that if I order Bobbie bun double up combo I'll get fries but no fries received if it's not included then don't put it inside the menu. Not sure how some people give them 5 star. I think Ayam gunting at pasar malam taste better. Just imagine wait for 2 hours because I can't cancel the order on food panda end up just get every single food cold and tasteless. I think uncle Bob at pasar malam taste better long time ago not now. And then the flour they use too tick and it is like you eat flour more than the chicken. Do I recommend it to people to come here, the answe is no but if you want to try it for the first time sure why not but don't put high expectation. And then another thing is that learn how to prioritize walk in and pick up customer more rather than try to focus on everything, if there is many walk in customer it is better to close online order for today and open it again once there is not many walk in customer. But they didn't practice this which leads to chaotic quality in terms of food, in terms times taken to prepare the food. Focus on established your brand and franchise first and take some profits but what they do instead, they try to squeeze as much profit as possible which is good short term but long term when people no longer trust or satisfied with your branding and service people will left and looking for another opportunity. But gladly the staff is friendly and try their best to explain their situation which deserves to be praised because of their patients and attitude despite of how chaotic were their situation today. So overall such a disappointment uncle Bob if you kept doing it this won't expect you'll get far. Learn from others big brand in franchise industry and observe how their systems work. And apply it for your own business. See others customer be wise when you decided to spend your money here but if you decided to spend it here make sure to lower your expectation and just reminds yourself you try to explore it yourself is it true or not what I'm...

PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER TO COME. My honest review is that this place is tak berbaloi and buang masa beratur. Came after berbuka and yeah it was around 10pm which I considered quite late since most food outlets are closed but this place close around 12pm during ramadhan season. The waiting time is 1 HOUR plus!. Tbh the shortage of staff around 4 people might be the reason as ive encountered that the cashier was the one taking the orders, serving the customer their meals and drinks and shes the one whos jaga the ticketing number so u can imagine one person handling more than 2 tasks. Their system was a mess. The manager in-charge are to be blame for such incompetence and the food im getting was not even hot and its full of oil. Macam straight away taken from the fryer and waiting to be sorted out for ages. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND others to this place. Better find other ayam...
