Let me start with this is not my first time here. Not commenting on food or atmosphere as I feel both are all good. Big portions, taste is there, atmosphere is nice. Just the drinks sometimes are bland.

But the service especially when there is a big crowd, the staffs, especially waiters, need more training on how to serve the customers, how to interact and face the customers. Customers waiting in queue, you are the face of the cafe, accepting customers, taking down names, but quite rude when responding to questions.

Recent visit, two of my orders or sold out after I ordered. Issue comes when they come to relay the message. They just come and say “Kak, ni habis. Ni duit refund”. Then do you want me to just sit there? Again i repeat, no issue on the item finishing (maybe slight issue because food finish at 10am but you open until 8pm!?!?!), it’s how they convey the message. Suggestion maybe “kak, ni habis. Akak tukar order boleh? Ni sy bg duit refund.”

The second item, I’ve asked them twice on where my food is, and they just say they’ll check. When they came back, they asked whether I ordered it late. I showed my receipt, it was included in my initial order. I was starting to lose my patience so I went to the cashier and saw the waiter with the cashier discussing. Seeing them there I asked what’s the issue. The cashier said, might be during order, the food is available but when it comes to serving, it’s actually finished and she said might be due to multiple orders coming in at once. Again, no issue. But the way staffs and waiters handling customers, is way off. Why wait until everyone at my table has finished their food, only to inform that it’s sold out. It’s not about waitressing, but manners. Adab dengan manusia. Adab bekerja. Adab in general.

No matter the crowd, you’re in f&b, need to be professional always. People are coming still now because it’s viral and nice cafe after renovation. But if the service continues like this with no change, good luck then.

1 star because lack in training, bad waitressing and customer service even if the food and atmosphere...

I came back to this café after a gap of almost two years, expecting to relive the warm memories I once had here. The waiter greeted me kindly and, seeing the place was packed, suggested I take a seat upstairs. He assured me that I could conveniently order through their QR code system.

Feeling excited (and hungry, since I hadn’t eaten all day), I confidently placed my order via the QR code. The system gave no warning that I must pay first—just two vague options: pay at the counter or pay online. Since my order went through successfully, I waited patiently, enjoying the rain-soaked view outside.

But half an hour passed. Nothing came. Strangely, people who arrived after me were already served and happily eating. I tried to get the attention of the waiters, but they simply brushed me off. Finally, with much effort, I managed to stop one of them and asked her to check my order.

Her reply? Cold and unapologetic: “You didn’t get your food because you haven’t paid yet.”

WHAT??? Why design a QR system so careless, so misleading, that it lets a customer believe the order is valid without payment? And worse, why didn’t anyone bother to check, to inform, to help? Instead, I was told it’s the cashier’s “jurisdiction.” What nonsense is this?

I was sent upstairs, told to order via QR code, and then expected to climb down again just to pay, something no one mentioned. By the time I returned, my seat was already snatched away by a hungry, aggressive group. I was left standing, exhausted and disappointed.

This is not just poor service, it’s cruel disregard. Please, upgrade your QR system, train your staff to treat customers (especially elderly ones) with basic respect, and show some courtesy. It’s not easy for me to climb those stairs, only to be humiliated by a system and staff that failed me.

I used to recommend this café. That day, I cannot. My experience was not only sad, it was utterly heartbreaking. I will never step foot here again. Went home hungry and very...

If you’re working or staying in Putrajaya you need to visit this cool equestrian cabin cafe concept. I would never drive all the way from Shah Alam for this but was very fortunate when my friends shared about this place I was just finishing my matter in court nearby. The place was modern with minimal interior, being one of a kind unique glass cabin is the winning identity for this place to stay viral.

Looking at the lunch crowd I could never tell that they have ran out if food on the menu, most of the main dishes was already sold out. Their staff were friendly and helpful when their QR didn’t work and I had to queue at the counter to order manually. So I decided to try their chicken carbonara, ice chocolate and twi soft cookies from their in-house bakery (ibake desserts). Never a fan of carbonara, but their pasta was perfect, to my liking at least as it was not too creamy and heavy. Chicken was tender and delicious, the soft boiled egg was a perfect addition to the meal. It was such a filling lunch that I skipped dinner that day. The drink was good, they used really good chocolate which balances sweet and bitter perfectly. The fresh baked soft cookies were so good too, I tried sea salt chocolate chip and raspberry with white chocolate.

The view from 2nd floor and the outdoor seating was fantastic, you can see horses from stable nearby being walked around so that customers with kids can pat them or even ride them. It was a nice place to hangout on a sunny day although it was quite hit in the cabin even with all the fans and ac.

One thing I wish the owner could overcome is the number of flies around, making it very uncomfortable for us to enjoy our food. Hope our next visit...
