Borenos Fried Chicken (Papar) — Restaurant in Sabah

I’ve ordered a value meal (chicken rice 2 pieces chicken - requesting to have a thigh & drumstick) & 10 pieces of nuggets take away. I was standing at the counter for awhile waiting for a manager named Mr. Ajrie to finished his text replying while serving me. My request was clear, I was requesting a thigh & drumstick for the meal & he ordered it to the kitchen. Sadly, when I already have the meal & I was on my way home, the chicken I requested was not tally with the one that I wanted. I have to go back to the store right away & when I was there, there were no more chicken that I have requested & it really wasting my appetitet & time. Definitely a good place to eat. Fried chicken is juicy and tasty. I prefer this chicken more than kfc, but my family says kfc better, im not sure. Maybe different people, different tongue taste buds. The cheesy wedges is alot better btw, can taste the fresh potato and tastier cheese,sometimes get extra cheese loaded (i cant explain how good it is you try yourself). Iced lemon tea is good and sweet better than some fastfood outlets, i could say it doesnt taste cheap. I went to Borenos with my family on a rainy day. We ordered the combo meals and also a bowl of porridge for my sister. The porridge taste good and the price is very reasonable. The chicken is served fresh and hot. The mash potato is also very nice. My mom loves it. The coleslaw is very good. The fries is crispy and hot as well. Feels like they prepare everything fresh from the moment I place my order. I love the environment of the restaurant. Has a nice vibe to it with the cool music and also the warm and friendly staffs.
