OldTown White Coffee - Kota Marudu — Restaurant in Sabah

This place is a great place for relaxation/coffee break. The food is alright and its price is fair. dine-in twice with friends. However I couldnt help but notice that the place seems to be short of service crew and the service is pretty slow. The second time I went there for my coffee break, there were lots of customers other than me and there was only one server and there was one cleaner? who kept cleaning the window during service hour. for improvement , If you have spare hands to do the cleaning during service hour, I suggest a focus on service crew so the service can be smoother. and if that cleaner i saw was one of your server since i saw the staffs was using the same OldTown staff shirt, it is a must that the manager should give a proper training for the service crew to focus more on service duty instead of cleaning stuffs for everyone's good(customers & staffs). There are lots of things that needs improvement but I look forward to this one's...

We ordered items, and most of the ingredients to make the dish were not available 😑... changed then again, still not available ingredients but was not told.

Mee hoon curry - instead of fu chuk, they replaced with papadam. The curry broth itself wasn't flavorful.

We ordered chee cheong fun wt sweet sauce but the sauce was not available and changed to curry. When the plate arrived, we were totally surprised that the fish ball and fu chuk were not in but instead had 4 small pcs of fried sausages. It did not tally well with the CCF, quite a disappointing one!

The ginger steamed chicken rice was the only item that came complete.

The foods were just okay, kinda pricey honestly in my opinion considering the quality of food being served. Can be improved in terms of ingredients and amount of food. The drinks on the other hand were nice, taste better probably because it was kinda hot inside the restaurant. Ambiance was good and clean.

For some reason their service was a little bit slow eventho there wasn't that much customer around that time and the service crew was not so friendly. Tissue was not available on the table, u have to ask for it twice. The payment method available at that time was cash and...
