Worst dinner ever, worst food and worst staff etiquette. Food wise- paid RM61++ for grilled lamb with cold and soggy fries and over dressing coleslaw. My lamb is like 30% meat & the rest is just bones. Ordered Caesar salad that also came in like a soup, over dressing that you can actually scoop the dressing out. Too much dressing & too salty to even chew. Black pepper sauce also cold. Fish & chip came after 30min later which is surprisingly the fries is same condition as my grilled lamb chop, soggy & cold. I can see tables with customer are only few , say less than 5 at the time and food services was slow. Your outdoor chef was singing loudly & joking around while preparing the food which is to my point, very irritating. Don't even want to mention the backdoor where staff go in & out, smoking and all very much disappointed at the hygiene care. I said this coz our table located at the back. The only good thing i can say here is the girl staff who took our order was very polite.Not as good as advertised...

My friend and i have to wait around 30 minutes and around 7-8 time pressing the call button just to get the waiter's attention, even tho the staff inside saw us walking inside and sat at our table๐คฆ๐ป. Idk if the staff pretending to be blind or deaf, on the amount of time us pressing the call button like the volume of the call bell is loud af!. Futhermore, when we finally get to order only half of our food arrive and they didn't even give our drinks!! Even tho the waiter's repeated our drinks order!! ๐คฆ๐ป

ย ย ย Read moreUpon recommended by one of the local Celebrity, we went to dine in and we both been served at our table with Menu which include Food and Drink but that was last 1.5 years ago and now, everything has to be ordered like fast food kiosk in front of the counter and for the drink we need to walk a distance to next door to order. As there's not many customers, the Cashier should show some initiative to get Customer be seated first, take order both food and drink then later pay at the Counter like previous years. Or else the Owner should 'turun padang' and help out if lack of staffs kan? At the end of the story, all the way from Kota Kinabalu, we ended up have our comforting lunch...
