Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed especially with the shaved ice. They used “pre-made” shaved ice instead of freshly shaved ice, so when the cendol arrived, it was like a solid brick. It was hard to mix, and we had to wait for the ice to melt just to enjoy it. It ended up feeling more like a cendol drink than the shaved ice cendol I wanted.

As for the Milo Kepal, I expected that thick, gooey condensed Milo texture. But it turned out more like a Milo Dinosaur. Again, it felt like I ordered a Milo drink rather than an actual “kepal” dessert.

The flavors are still okay. Parking is very hard to find. You’ll likely need to park further away. Also, I hope the staff can be a little more attentive to customers.

I really hope they improve, and I’ll gladly update this review in the future if...

Specialist in Cendol. Already increase number of table to occupy more customers. Only have leisure menu, no main course but good enough for lunch and tea. Parking is a problem, be prepared to walk a little bit but nake sure you don't park in such a way that block the traffic, otherwise you might find your signal lights and side mirror broken.

A recent problem that they create themselves is that they allow buskers to play live music with sound system. You will have problems making conversation especially when you sit near the live band. And here it's not easy to find a table you like since they are always full. It good to suggest if they remove the live band or at least remove the sound system. Just play acoustic without drums. That...

Hello everyone.

We just visited this eatery for the first time this year after many visits to Kuching. It’s a simple eatery beside the road with decent cendol in Kuching, Sarawak. It’s very popular with lots of local Malay drinks and food to choose from. It’s worth a visit if you’re open to try our Malaysian cuisine.

Although the restaurant only uses fans under their roof it’s not stuffy or hot due to the silver film added under the roof as a heat reflector protection. People are entertained by an in house karaoke show where customer can sing to their favourite songs. It’s relaxing and fun to listen to. Nice diner to dine in with your family...

Located by the road side (old Matang road), opposite the surau. The place has grown from a small home-made burger bakar shop, to one of food hunting spots in Kuching. A place where you can have varieties of superb cendols, plus other types of local dishes such as rojak, mixed fry, fried banana with grated cheese, mee goreng etc. Cendol Pulut + Durian is recommended, and colorful too 😎 All in all, their food and cendol are good and tasty, even though the shop looks kind of hidden and nothing special. You should give it a try.

First the location is very confused and we overlap the entrance to the cafe. Secondly about the parking problem. Foods and drinks is good and nice taste. The price also was reasonable. The staff is attentive and friendly. But they almost forgot one of the menu that we ordered. The toilet is inside the bundle shop and it is so weird to go through the bundle shop, and going to the back far a bit and so quite lol. The best time to go there is on weekdays and then try to avoid crowded people especially on weekends.
