One Stop Satay — Restaurant in Sarawak

Did not plan to come here but as I drove past by noticed how appealing the place is. There is a variety of choices of food at the place. The most popular would be the satay, which the same operator also have a kitchen for “goreng goreng”. I ordered nasi goreng Ayam which is very delicious. The satay is the star, generous portion of meat. Do order with the ketupat, very creamy and rich with cofonut milk. They ate not stingy with the kuah kacang, and that really tug my heart strings. The mee goreng is also very very good. My partner ordered mee goreng seafood. The portion is so huge she can’t finish it. The seafood portion is generous and the tastes is amazing....

Satay was huge portion per stick. Menu-prepared by different stall owners! Recommendation Mi jawa daging Kolok stall Kuetiau/mi goreng-I warn you, they have a huge portion, so order 1 plate first. Picked the beef kuetiau-with their cili kicap homemade, scrumptious! Satay-always start with a small order first!

The satay is nice chunky size and has the fat tuged in between the meat giving (for me that's it) a juicy bit as you eat into the satay. The kolo mee special is also nice. But a word of ⚠. The 2nd bowl we ordered did not come out like the 1st. We liked the 1st better. (maybe we are full, so may not taste the same. Lol).

Do take the trouble to drive out there to eat the satay...
