initially i wanted to get the green tea cream frappucino however a staff serving me named racheal ny starts promoting their new pumpkin season drink. Despite me rejecting multiple times and explaning that i just want to get my green tea frappe, the staff just continuously promote their pumpkin drink. in the end, i got a pumpkin cream frappe top with green tea syrup and it cost me 28.60 and the taste of the drink wasent surprising and it taste similar to the normal green tea frappe which only cost around 22.60. i have paid an additional 6 RM for two similar drinks and i felt scamed in this whole situation. i hope that the manager can handle this situation seriously and i wont be visiting this outlet anymore. other tourist visiting, pleasr be aware of...

Ordered Strawberry lemonade, requested for less sugar and less ice. But the cashier was tempted to charge me for the vanilla syrup at RM2.45 (I havent make any payment at this point). I asked why there's vanilla syrup charges and the cashier wanted to ask me pay cz the drink has been served. However, the barista confirmed that the drink has no vanilla syrup only the cashier was willing to remove it from the bill. Poor and unethical service provided by the staff !!!

I am purchasing a bottle of JOYBEAN soya milk, then the staff asked me to take 2 packs of chips from the basket. So I take it without asking. The staff charged 2 packs of chips in my bills about RM 11 which without inform me the price. The staff not even allowed customer to cancel the item. She said she already given discount.

Why you ask the customer to take if it need pay extra, I only want to buy the soya milk.

I will never visit this outlet anymore. Hope not to see this kind of staff in...
