I give 4.5 stars for the food but service total let down 0 star. It was lunch time when we arrived almost full. I believe they get use to lunch time crowd. We ordered white bait (snack), seabass and dabai fried rice for main. The drink came out fast, waited 10min for seabass. I told my husband not to wait for me because I feel my dabai fried rice is simple to prepare. After 30 min my husband finished his meal, my fried rice still not out. I approached the waitress she told me kitchen very busy. Ok I accepted it waited 10min no sign of my food.....10 min...5 min later finally arrived. Such a simple food dabai/rice, some anchovies & egg it took nearly an hour to prepare & everything on the plate is cold. Asked the waitress why the food is not hot when she sent over the white bait. She said fried rice they done it earlier but kitchen so busy. No apology just excuses it's unacceptable. I feel the staff really need some training, looking around I see all the lunch crowd gone but none of the table is cleared, the waitresses all standing at the corner talking. Also saw the waitresses were talking among themselves with plates of food on their hands. Why is the hygiene? Your customer doesn't want to have saliva on their food. Read morecame here on a weekday for lunch, and it was packed with office people. the ambience is very nice, really makes u feel like you’re dining in a hotel-like environment. you wouldn’t expect the menu items to be so affordable with the way the place looks. my boyfriend and i ordered 3 items: tenderloin steak -i love that they have potato fries for the side, such a generous amount of fries given too. i chose the salt and pepper dry rub for the steak, and it tasted perfectly salty. however, the steak is a bit too tough for my liking and i asked for medium done, but it seemed to lean more towards well done. i got the rosemary sauce for the steak which went well with it, only dislike of this dish is that the steak was too tough carbonara (i forgot the exact name in the menu) -this was very very good, especially at its price point. perfectly creamy and the taste was just perfect. portion is large too bbq chicken (i forgot the exact name in the menu) -this was nice but tasted more like sweet and sour rather than bbq. i love that they use thick fries instead of shoestring fries, and chicken was tender too. the customer service is superb too, i spilled my drink accidentally and the waiter noticed without me calling them, and cleaned the mess up straight away. they even got me a new full glass of the drink! overall, a great experience, perfect for a date night and when u want to dine in a fancy environment. would...

I called on a Thursday evening (8 pm - 9 pm) with no response, so I resorted to WhatsApp. The reply wasn't pleasant. I inquired about booking for 17 adults and 7 babies at 3 pm on November 30th, but was told they were closed in the evening for New Year buffet preparation. When asked about morning availability, they responded with "need to check with the chef." It's baffling that a restaurant with multiple staff couldn't provide basic operational hours information. They promised to confirm with the chef but failed to follow up. Even after my attempts to reach out, I received no response. It's concerning that a decision as simple as operating hours requires the chef's input, highlighting a lack of clear management. This experience leaves me questioning the professionalism of their business.
Would I suggest this place to anyone hoping for a special occasion? Certainly not. The instances I encountered are far from recommendable.
