Wish i could give zero star. A female staff with high pitched voice, refuse to assist with refund issue. Waited so long for my orders, in the end got cancelled. Please improve your service. Message to that lady: i just wanted to know where the refund would be transferred to and how many days, thats all. You dunno its ok, i told you you can have your time to find out and let me know afterwards, even a day or teo after. I am a customer who wants to enjoy your product, not to find trouble....

As customer i request ice cream hazelnut coffee latte without icecream on top..one of gurls staff bagi tahu yg its procedure yg customer tak boleh request ( without ice cream) hahahahah so funny..i bayar the price tapi i tak blh request tak nak ice cream ? Management can clarify this ? Tq yaa..i pembeli mixue and my son also hari2 req..cuma today my husband nak oder air tuu without ice cream on top..tp itu jawapan dr staff - mixue...

I think this is the only Mixue in the area and always packed with people. The staff there is sikit but the demand is very high. Recommended for anyone to apply for a job here to help with the service. Taste wise, if you miss the old ikea ice cream before they change to soy milk, this is the place. Fresh milk ice cream.
