Small but crowded restaurant. No menu, they sell only 7 dishes: shaba soup, stir fry pork, stir fry squid, stir fry fish, steam fish, Bittergourd egg, stir fry vege; and for beverage they sell only Chinese tea. Looks like it’s a local favorite, I came at 1:30pm and it’s almost full and still people are coming. They close at 2pm. Indoor air conditioned seating available around 5-6 tables then non aircond area more tables. Due to no menu, pricing seems not that transparent. When I make payment I felt it’s expensive for small portion of sotong priced RM35, stir fry pork RM25. Contradicting, the shaba soup was the most tasty and for single portion it’s more than enough and only RM16. Btw the small rice is really small yea, look at my photo. Food taste was good, we were happy with it before knowing the price. After knowing the price we convince ourselves to feel that it’s reasonable for this taste🤣🤣🤣 just to make ourselves feel more comfortable and not feeling overpaid.

Reasonably tasty cuisine but let down by the flies. 👍🏻 1) Tasty cuisines, both the signatures, bittergourd soup and thick soy bean fish 👎🏻 2) The flies, just so bad. Which could hinder patrons from dining here 3) The crew just spent time on the phones, and not looking at ways how to manage the flies issue 4) To ensure food safety, the restaurant operator needs to address the flies immediately!

It is also know as Su Ba Jugra. Signature dish with bitter gourd was good. The pork, fish and prawn was a bit of a disappointment, same cooking style. If only one of dishes ordered , it will taste nicer and better.

For those who say it bak kut teh, actually is not.. We call it sha bak, which is bitter soup with pork variant parts.. Overall taste just so so.. Can get better sha bak in banting town beside big longkang.. However their fry soy fish is still ok.. Just have to be more aware abt the price as bukit jugra is one of the tourist destinations in selangor.. So don't aspect to find...
