Restoran Wong Kee Puncak Alam — Restaurant in Selangor

A comfortable breakfast spot with room for improvement.

I’m a regular at this restaurant for breakfast, and I appreciate the pleasant atmosphere they provide. The environment is well-ventilated, ensuring a comfortable dining experience without feeling stuffy. The food is satisfactory, with flavors that are enjoyable, if not outstanding.

However, there’s one aspect that I hope the management will address: the cleanliness of the baby chairs. While I understand that young children can be messy eaters, I believe it’s essential for the staff to thoroughly clean and sanitize the chairs between uses. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently found the chairs to be unclean, requiring me to spend time wiping them down before use. This has led me to consider not using the chairs at all, which is inconvenient.

I hope the restaurant will take my feedback constructively and implement a more rigorous cleaning protocol for the baby chairs. With this improvement, I would be more than happy to continue making this my go-to...

I had no bad experience with this restaurant until today. I ordered 2 packet of chicken rice (thigh) + roast pork via Grab. When the order arrived, I was shocked by what was given. It was 4 pieces of roast chicken which had little to no meat at all, it was almost like skin wrapped in bones, and both packet were the same !

I had to drive out to the restaurant to confront them. They changed it immediately, but what disappoint me was their attitude were unapologetic. When I ask them they just shrugged it off and ask the kitchen to redo. The it gives me the impression that this isn’t the first time and that they could be doing it on purpose to reduce cost? Probably taking the advantage of people who order from Grab wouldn’t have time to make a trip to the restaurant. Utterly...

It's a blessing for us indeed, as there aren't many good chinese restaurants around this area.

Would like to take this opportunity to invite more chinese restaurant business owners to Bandar Puncak Alam as it's in demand here .

Wong Kee, Puncak Alam was only operating till 3pm in the past. However, they have extended to 9pm, 7 days a week currently due to the demand and potential this area has for chinese food restaurants, I reckon.

We patronize the restaurant weekly and all of their food is delicious with friendly and efficient staff serving it's customers. However they can improve slightly in the cleanliness of their premises.
