Third time datang sini. Datang pun sebab mamak paling dekat dgn umah mak senang nak lepak2. Tapi hari ni memang geram sangat. Hari ni dtg takdelah ramai pun. Tapi service dia tooooooooo slow! Ambil order pun nak kena panggil banyak kali. Last time i datang pun sampai marah diorg sbb dah panggil a few times tak nak take orders lagi. Hari ni memang i marah gila sbb dah la panggil banyak kali utk take order, bila kita panggil kan, diorang pandang tempat lain. Acah2 buta tak nampak org panggil utk take order. Lepastu minta tolong ambilkan ice batu sbb air dia terlaluuu manis. Dia hantar ice pun when ice tu dah melted, and tggl lagi sikit je. Then I pegi kat kaunter air utk minta tambahkan ais, since I nak takeaway. Dia bg I secawan ais, suruh tuang sendiri. Memang I marah terus. Tak boleh tolong ke? Dah la tangan kiri pegang barang, pastu mana nak pegang plastik air lg, nak tuang ais dlm plastik air tu lagi. No common sense at all. Dia bukakkan plastik tu suruh I tuang sendiri. I dah tuang dia bagi camtu je takde nak tolong ikatkan balik ke apa. Service macam apa je kedai ni. This will be the last la I datang even I memang suka order cheese naan dia je kalau nak lepak. Bad service. Not customer friendly. Need to wait 3-4 minutes for them to come to your table for orders. Never visit again. No more. Pergi la kedai jauh sikit as long as service ok dari kedai ni. Rebrand your sign board or renovate your kedai if your service didn’t change.. Better save your money and hire staff that are better than your...

Great Experience at Salam 1 Cafe Restaurant I had a wonderful time at Salam 1 Cafe Restaurant.
