A&J Grill Western, Sungai Buloh — Restaurant in Selayang Municipal Council

Not recommended if you plan to Buka Puasa (Break the Fast) here. Eventhough I've pre-ordered a set of menu through WhatsApp number & told them early my time of arrival, we'd still need to wait food to be prepared AFTER ADZAN MAGHRIB (but they already gave us receipt. What a funny...). Not even have some courtesy to give us some Dates or Glass of plain water to break our fast. Even Mamak have much better quality of services.

Few times they served us a wrong foods. When I asked 1 of their Waiter about our food, they rudely response "Abang tunggu je kejap". Sorry pun tarak. Puih.. And at last, after a few minutes of adzan maghrib (where most table had get their own foods & drinks start break the fast), they still gave us 1 wrong food. The so called "Ramadhan set" was a little bit turn-off. The food is not even warm when we received. Plain taste of Lamb & Chicken Grill. So-so taste of nasi goreng.

Luckily, the place is quite cozy & nice. The cashier understood on their mistake and re-calculate the total amount that we had to pay instead of the total amount as per displayed on earlier receipt.

Please improve your service next time. Train your staff or dismiss them who paint a bad reputation...

been there twice, once for iftar, and the other time for dinner. first time here for dinner, since i'm a citarasa kampung kinda guy so im not expecting much, just to acompany my friends, i then ordered a smoked duck aglio olio.... maaaaannnn.. i almost die of shock just how delicious it was! (lol) no really, its sooo good idk coz im not a pasta guy, maybe that is the best pasta i ever had(mungkin bnyak jer pasta sedap tempat lain kan, cuma tak pernah try). the next time we booked a table for iftar because i want to repeat the duck again, but its not on the menu (for booking) so i just order bolognese, this time i had a high expectation plus im hungry tak sabar to buka puasa, turns out thebolognese is sooo plain laaa, a bit disapointed but i just keep on my mind that they want to make it taste like the original taste, like out of the can (lol). so tu jelah. i like the deco, nice laa jugak, and the scanning to order is kinda the down side for me, i dont like it coz it kills the mood. so okay, i will come again for that smoke duck aglio olio, lets see how it goes next time. overall ok laaa...

Terrible service. Not recommended at all.

Requested for dine in but gave a take away parcels. They said sorry but how long will it take to change to a plate.

I was so hungry and ate with take away boxes. While eating I noticed that whipped potatoes were missing when asked they simply said NO STOCK.

Why can't they inform me earlier while I made an order at the register. Such a irresponsible staffs. You want customer to pay first before food served on table but customer don't get what they paid for. THIS IS CALLED STEALING.

One of the idiot staff is cleaning and sweeping the floor while I'm eating. Why can't they wait until the customer finishes eating.

Food was another issue, it was not well cooked. The veg was not fresh.

If you guys are hurry to close your shop please inform the customer they will just look for another shop. Let me be the last VICTIMS in...
