Came here for the fish and chips but to no avail. Buttermilk chicken with rice also not available during ordering. So we just ordered grilled chicken with brown sauce and breaded chicken with black pepper sauce. The sauces were quite watery but luckily the brown sauce was a nice match with the mash potato. The portion was large and nice plating done too. It just that the blackpepper sauce and the chicken (both grilled & breaded ones) were very salty! It would be very delicious and full point if they fix the flavoring part. The breaded chicken especially became double salty as the coating was too salty as well! I needed to eat the chicken with the mash potato to reduce the saltiness of the dish. Quite disappointing on this part.

The Teh Ais we ordered was also too sweet that I asked it to be changed with a new one because its totally not drinkable. Also reminded me of another previous review here that they can improve the tea here or change the brand that they use.

Full point for their services because all of the staffs were very helpful and attentive to customers even the kitchen staff too. Maybe because there were not many customers at that time. The female staff that helped change my Teh Ais also came to ask if the new one was okay or not. I hope they can improve on these honest feedback and maybe we could repeat this cafe some day. I discovered this gem cafe nearby my home in gombak from google review. Looking at the good review we decided to have our dinner here. The place was easy to find, ample parking (depending on the time of the day), spacious eating area, awesome range of western and local food with many choices of drinks! I had spaghetti seafood aglio olio and it tasted so good, my sister was happy for the crispy chicken chop with black pepper sauce while my husband had dory fish and chips. I will give 10/10 for the aglio olio, my sister said its 10/10 while my husband gave 8/10 because the batter was not so crispy. Really disappointed with my experience here. The mac and cheese was a total letdown. For the price, the portion was tiny.. basically the size of a kid's meal. It didn’t feel worth the cost at all, especially since it didn’t have much flavor either. I expected something hearty and satisfying, but it was bland and underwhelming.

The fish and chips were equally disappointing. You only get two small pieces of fish, and for the price, it felt like a total rip-off. The fish was average at best, and the portion size didn’t justify the price tag. I’ve had much better fish and chips elsewhere for a lot less money.

Overall, I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth here. I won’t be coming back again anytime soon, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for good value or...
