McDonald's Shell Karak DT — Restaurant in Selayang Municipal Council

I ordered nasi lemak with 2 pieces of fried chicken and had already paid, but when I got home, only the nasi lemak was inside — the chicken was missing. I was quite disappointed and emailed them to report the issue.

Thankfully, they responded to my email and promised that I could come back to reclaim the missing chicken. When I went back, they gave me the chicken as promised and even offered a free large-sized iced chocolate as a kind gesture.

I really appreciate how they handled the situation. Mistakes can happen — maybe it was just a technical error or they were overwhelmed — but the way they responded and made it right shows their excellent service and commitment to customers.

So if any of you face the same issue, don’t worry — just reach out to them politely like I did. They’ll sort it out, and both sides get a win-win situation. Thank you...

My favorite outlet to stop by whenever I am heading to east coast. It is also a packed, busy, yet efficient McDonald's.

Still, it is a cozy McDonald's too. It is also spacious, modern, with nice ambiance. Employees are courteous and fast. Location is strategic, but parking is hard to get.

The crew here is fast and well trained. They know their jobs well. Plus they are friendly, respectful and nice. The outlet is always clean, regardless of the numbers of customers...
