Back then the crispy chicken burger craze just started and with such price of RM 5 per burger, of course something to ponder about. Who can resist and not give it a try ...
For myself, I did tried the Crispy Chicken Burger, and the technique to sell at this price was observed by myself when I see the owner preparing the crispy chicken.
So the verdict for the crispy chicken burger was so-so for my personal taste, nothing to captivating for me beside the price only.
Owner very dedicated and persistent in updating in community FB page , with it's new menu and innovation (or inspired by other F&B players) and the selling point for the owner is to have some of the new menu item priced at a very lovely and competitive pricing to attract more crowds.
Of course some shine out while some buried down as each one tastebud is different and expectation is different as well
Fast forward in year end 2024, saw the new menu "Smashed Burger", capturing my attention and when the right timing, happened to be around the area, and decided to give it a try.
I choose to "tapau" as the dining crowd and environment not very appealing to me. However I opted for the Double Smashed Burger at RM 10.
So the 1st time I tried the Double Smashed Burger, the sauce was alright proportion for me, not too over banjir like usual burger stall with chilli sauce only, the patty was juicy and tender, the patty thickness and weights also very up to standard. With such pricing RM 10 for DSB, it's a bargain for me.
After then, had tapau another time for this DSB, also very enjoyable for me.
Then this review is 3rd time getting the DSB, it's the puasa month for 2025,Saudagar western adjusted their time of operating from 8.45pm till 3am, so order for midnite delivery, around RM 7 for delivery for less than 10km distance (which is fair enough the delivery charges).
Tried the new menu 2025, the Nasi Goreng Chicken Chop, what I like about the NG is the rice is still hot, inside the NG also got chicken meat (which most NG only serve plain tasteless NG with some 3 colour veggie/beans) but this NG was more genuine as NG, the chicken chop was drumstick part (whole leg I believed), the breaded crispness was ok (some part is a bit hard), however the chicken meat inside was less flavorful because no marinated beforehand I believe, but this can be compensated with the black pepper sauce, BPS can further improved by adding some butter, maybe goreng some garlic and butter prior to cook the BPS, to enhance it's flavor. The spiciness of the BPS was ok, not too peppery spicy. NGCC (7/10), chicken coated can be less hardened, and meat can be more juicier as well. But definitely really value for the money, RM 10 for such portion it's a great bargain.
I do enjoy the DOUBLE SMASHED BURGER (9/10), will have this if think about getting burger, great price with such thick sauculent patty. Can give this a try 😉. If burger bun have sesame would be even better, perhaps more butter for the bun and pan fried it.
High review purely the DSB scored well and deserved a shout out.
There is some menu item , value bargain as well. So the expectations would be enhanced better if you know what to order 😅

Hope owner can improve in delivery part. It take around 1 hour with no update about the order. Only update I get is when rider call me to tell he has arrive to my house.
