Mafioso Shellaut — Restaurant in Sepang

As with most eatery where there are multiple outlets the level of cleanliness is an issue (Imagine fending off flies while eating....they just know when food is served). I'd think the cleanliness rating is a 'C'. We stopped by just because it has a crowd, assuming it was a popular place for dinner.

Has quite a range of fare offered but we decided on 'Shellout' since it was a while from the last time we had it. The service was 'order if you want' kind of attitude as the was no urgency to attract, serve or get customers. I guess the word 'Mafioso' shold have warned me to go elsewhere. To make matters worse, the person taking the order got one of my order wrong, probably due to the disinterest.

The meal, i guess was in the 'ok' category and for the amount i paid, i expected more but i guess times are bad everywhere. Would i be a repeat customer, most probably not, unless that's the only eatery available in the whole of Puchong.

I might sound biased against the place so i invite whoever trying out the place to write your experience to give it a fair and...

Sampai je husb nk order staff cakap ketam n sayur habis n then RM50 for 2pax mmg tak berbaloi baik balik masak sendiri je beli brg basah sendiri 😅 Dtg jauh2 tpi dgn kekecewaan dgn shell out yg dihidangkan 😒 Portion sikit sgt pastu bila tnya staff kalau tkde ketam n sayur hrga still sama or boleh kurang staff cuma ckp boleh refill nasi je 🥲 Refil nasi berapa ringgit sgt ? Pastu tk boleh xtrakan apa2 seafood yg lainn then udang dpt 5 ekor je wtf ?? pastu seafood semua tk fresh langsung !! Kuah kam heongg rasa mcm sambal nasi lemak je wtf 😒😒

Waktu datang tu staff cakap ketam,brocolli and jagung habis. Ketam tu ganti dgn udang. I mcm okay la proceed. Then tanya la harga sama ke rm50 since sayur xde kan and x ganti dgn apa2 pon. Staff senyum kambing je.

When food arrived…. Terkejut tgok portion mcmtu je. Rm50 kot. Should be tambah la apa2 since sayur abis kan. Either tambah portion or kurangkan harga. Udang ada la 6 ekor. Menyesal2. Order ala carte dgn rm50 tu boleh dpt udang, sotong, ayam sayur.

Meja sebelah big family maybe order 3 set, RM150. Makanan sampai, satu meja terkejut dgn portion banyak tu 😂😂

Selesai makan, pg basuh tangan ada staff baru letak lauk shellout dkt family lain, satu family tgok lauk muka masammmm je. Lauknya skitttttt. Harga nya macam pg haji balik hari. Adoiiii.
