Will not review any food since it's McDonald's. Everyone has their own preference and favourites when comes to mekdi. Would really need to get attention on the in-out access road at this particular store. It's very badly designed unfortunately, the queue is very long for DT but there's absolutely no access for dine-in / pick-up customers. Most of us end up going against the traffic to get into the car park on the inside to skip the DT queue - which is DANGEROUS and unethical - what else can we do to go pick up the food inside (nope, not gonna queue with the DT crowd). The calling number needs to be improved too, they keep on saying for mekdi mobile app pick up there's no calling number on the screen which is weird because mekdi Prima DT has a calling system for the pick-up customers. I also need to recheck my food every time I come here as they managed to forget something a few cases already. 6 pcs Nuggets minus 1, wrong drink, missing item during delivery (ordered via mekdi mobile app). Hopefully this ends. And please, we need FRESHLY FRIED FRIES! We are your loyal customer, so please please please be loyal to the customers too. Thank you mekdi.

Ordered online. Arrived at outlet. Due to long que at drive thru, walked in to the counter for takeaway the order. But not allowed. Not consumer friendly policy. Went back to the drive thru que. Upon reaching at the order kiosk, asked if can make additional order but not allowed because I ordered and paid online. Once reached the collection counter, have to request for Visa card promotion offer. Otherwise, it will be ignored. Upon arriving at home about 5km away, noted all nasi lemak without sambal.
Further updates:- Next day: Visited the outlet again. Informed the outlet manager, Cik.Fazira about the issue. She apologized and immediately arranged a replacement. There's also no restrictions for takeaway even if the mobile order is drive thru. Customers are also allowed additional orders at drive thru counter even if we have ordered and paid online. On that day, we went through the drive-thru and unexpectedly received a complimentary Oreo McFlurry, which we didnât know about. After collecting our order, we drove away. However, a staff member named Hafiz followed us and, at the traffic light with his motorcycle, stopped next to us to let us know we had forgotten our McFlurry. We explained that we hadnât ordered it, and he kindly informed us that it was complimentary. Since we were unaware, Hafiz offered to go back, collect it for us, and hand it over at a convenient spot. He later came back with our McFlurry, and we were truly touched by his kindness and efforts. It was so impressive!
