Sawaddee Thai Bistro Bangi — Restaurant in Sepang

My always to-go-to restaurant, loving every bits of the food that I’ve tried so far! Can’t really count how many times I’ve been here, the foods were good and we always come back for more.

Food: 5/5. So far I’ve tried:

khimmao kuewteow: Tasted like a tomyam fusion of fried kuewteow but it tasted really nice with a hint of twist. Got big prawns inside & lots of chicken. Can choose kuewteow/maggi/mee/beehon. Their kuewteow goreng basah also veryyy good, always be my favourite to order.

Tomyam putih: I prefer their tomyam putih compared to tomyam merah because it was actually really good. Tasty enough, makan with telur dadar was good good. Eat with their siakap also veryy good.

Nasi goreng sawadee: If you are really hungry, you can get this, its their signature fried rice. Comes with a crispy fried chicken, omelette with big prawns inside it & thai chilli sauce. Its just the omelette is a bit oily. But must try.

Siakap 3 rasa/namprik: Loving their range of siakap menus. 3 rasa is good if you want some gravy in it. Namprik is like paprik but not quite tasted like it. But it is very delicious everytime we ordered it.

Been here so many times, the owner was very friendly & generous. If I’m not mistaken they have a new owner. Would always be my favourite place to eat....

Cheap food, very cheap drinks compared to other places. Just a nice place to sit and lepak with family and friends.

Sate seems to get a lot of good reviews, but it's only average for Kajang area I think. Sate Hakimi across the road is cheaper, Sate Willy is more consistently good.

Daging harimau menangis is nice. Tomyam is good, but not spicy. Mee sup feels a bit overspiced.

Service is very friendly but they make a lot of mistakes despite tracking it all on an iPad - forgot a drink, accidentally gave us wrong mee, and then gave us...

If you see many customer inside,better choose other places,you will be waiting for "good" 30min-1hour,trust me,not worth your time,the foods taste just like regular thai food restaurant,nothing special,same goes with drinks,luckily drinks serve fast,the staffs also treat you like tissue seller,only when you call,then they will come to...
