McDonald's Section 22 Shah Alam DT — Restaurant in Shah Alam

Was here this morning 30th December 2021. They got a delivery while I'm waiting in line in drive through. Their delivery trolley slipped and bang my car bumper, they didn't even bother to say sorry nor look at me.

Number 2, it was finally my turn in the kiosk, it shows white screen and no one responded so I assume they're busy. Solid 5 minutes, no one speak or greeted. So I said hi, and finally someone spoke.

Number 3, I ordered 2 set of sausage egg McMuffin and I would like to upgrade the drinks to iced latte, well, she say cannot be done. But I'm pretty sure is doable, just need to add 1 or 2 ringgit. Ok, fine, I said cancel the order, get me 2 iced latte for the meal I would like to use McDonald's App Deal. And she told me oh Sausage McMuffin with scrambled egg is not available. OK! Nevermind, I ordered 2 sausage McMuffin Ala carte instead.

My order end up to be RM28.90 for 2 burgers and 2 latte, not set, not large meal or anything. Because she said you can't make your drinks to iced latte and there is no sausage McMuffin with scrambled egg available.

Number 4. After I finish my order, I said "are we done here?" She told me to wait, and after awhile ask me again what is your order ya? I repeated again, she said ok. I said "dah ke?" She said no, wait ya, 2 sausage McMuffin with egg right? I said "yes" then she said ok bayar depan.

By the time I finish my order, she said "CASH ONLY YA" So what if I don't have any cash, shouldn't you freaking say before I start ordering?

Number 5, I reached the cashier, she ASKED ME AGAIN "is it you ordered 2 sausage McMuffin? I said yes. "Okay total will be RM28.90" I paid RM50 and wait for a change. Suddenly one employee with purple uniform(assuming the manager) came and ask me again, what is your order ya? FOR GOD SAKE. I REPEATED MY ORDER AGAIN! And she said "okay, it will be RM28.90" And I said I paid RM50 dh. It was a freaking horrible experience please close it down.

P.S. The whole drive thru there is no "thank you", no "sorry" no "greeting"...

I'm very disappointed at this McDonald's branch (section 22 Shah Alam ) , I'm order a mcdelivery at 6:15pm and get my food at 9:27pm, and I'm very sure that my food is already prepared and no one to delivery, and when i call the customer service no, no one pick up and until 9pm customer service is already close, and i have no idea which branch I'm order at, so what can i do is just call the branch is near by me, and yeah the Branch section 22 Shah Alam is taken my order and he tell me that driver is already send out the food, but at the McDonald's app is still at progess and no change to delivery at progess, after I call and ask for my food status, he cut the line and after that app already change to delivery at progess, so that mean that branch is arrange my food after my call, how can i order and get food after 3 hours, pls take some action about this...

This McDonald just recently upgraded this year and renovated to improve the overall comfort and more modern renovation. The layout also more neat and spacious. Smoking area is available. It's much more comfortable now compared to prior to renovation.

Sadly after the boycotting due to some other countries war, the customers now are mostly type C and type I, but the muslims staff still works diligently to serve their customers.

Waiting time now after from order from Kiosk to table ranging from 5minutes-8minutes, which is quite fast. They also put some obscure effort to attract more customers and gain back customer interest such as writing good quotes on your beverage cups to cheer your day up, greeting you to enjoy your meal when the...
