Went in this mamak for more than I should've been. The only reason I went to this mamak is because nearest mamak (Hakim) closed for the longest time. Never once been served on time. Always someone that arrived later been attended before me.
Today, I went to this mamak with 2 kids. Sat next to the table that the waitress currently taking order. After taking order, he went to the screen to key in order, than proceed to do other things. Then comes another 2 customers in 2 different table. Guess what, he proceed to take order for this customer first. Then ask me whether I order already. I said not yet with angry tone and said never mind, we're leaving. He said there are not enough worker.
The issue is not because not enough worker, but your service that not aware of the order of customer that comes in. Which priority...

Been here since i was a kids. But now getting worst and worst. Went to order takeaway dinner at 9pm. Super duper hungry. Order nasi putih separuh with kambing kari. Saw the waiter take about 5 ketul kambing sebesar ibu jari. So ask the waiter to add up a bit more lah. He only add one ketul, makes it total 6 ketul besar ibu jari !!! So I thought maybe around rm9 only. Lol. They charge me for 6 ketul kambing yg kecik tu + nasi putih sparuh, rm13 !!!!!!!! Aiyoooo not worth it.
