But did not inform his colleagues that there’s a customer there. In fact there was another lady at another table which was not served at all. The tables were not clean off the crumbs of previous customers. I waited 10 mins but no one came. Went over to have a look and saw them having your cake inside. Then I went back to my seat to see two came out. One dragging his feet with 2 packs of syrup or coffee (no idea) while another lady just walked out to the toilet. Read moreFirstly, the menu states “Mocha”. When I ordered an iced mocha, the cashier repeated the order as “Iced mocha latte”. It’s the same, does it even differ by winning over such issue?! The cashier insisted “iced mocha latte” in a rude tone.
What’s unacceptable is the service of the staffs! When my order is being served, I thanked the staff but she has no respond nor emotions. It’s the same when she serve other tables. If serving is something you don’t like, then don’t work. Such disgrace to Malaysian hospitality. You’re in a service industry, these staffs need proper training!
Atmosphere is quiet since it’s a small airport and not much flights.
