Yuen Heong Restaurant — Restaurant in Shah Alam

I was really disappointed with my visit here. The portion size was shockingly small for the price. I ordered chicken and only got around 5 tiny bony pieces barely any meat at all. On top of that, the rice was shockingly little. Usually, a proper meal comes with at least a bowl of rice, but here it looked like just half a scoop. It didn’t feel worth the money at all.

Looking through the reviews, I noticed many other Indians also had bad experiences here. It makes me wonder if there’s some bias in how portions are served. Either way, it left me feeling unwelcome. Definitely not somewhere I would recommend...

Visited this restaurant recently and totally regretted my decision. Ordered the Kam Heong chicken rice. Unfortunately the portion size was totally disappointing as there were only a few tiny pieces of chicken, most of which were just bones. The taste was below average too, and to make matters worse, the dish was way overpriced for such small portion. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and a more generous portion. Sadly, I won't be recommending this...

Food portion very small. Recommend to see how the others food portions (different from the photos shown here) before ordering. When i asked why the price for Singapore mee hun and the chicken rice ordered for a serving that small (rm28), he dares tell me "even the hawker stalls charge like this". Sir, I kid you not, it isn't for a portion like this. In retrospect, i really regret not taking the photo. But at least i can...
