They no longer like they used to be before especially the food waiting period since they team up with FoodPanda.

Before this if I arrived just after Maghrib, my food will be ready and served to my table in less than 15 minutes. But now if you can get your food in 30 minutes is a BONUS! 45 minutes is the fastest you can get your food. 1 hour waiting period is a norm nowadays.

Definitely they need to buck up and try to find a long term solution before their regular customers went elsewhere.

Updates on the 8th January 2021 : the owner has responded to my feedback with lengthy explanation. Thumbs up to them for admitting their weaknesses plus it is not 100% their fault for inability to speed up their food preparation time. For the time being I've to bear with the situation as I love their food & the reasonable price...

This is where quantity wins against quality. The food taste is average, not that good but also not that bad however the portion is so large you can eat it, put it as leftover and you can still have a full plate meal from the leftover. The pricing is same as others common Thai/Malay restaurant around but the portion is not.
