The worst tealive ever. I order biscoff. And they call me like thrice, i did answer the first one but i end the call sbb she sound like scammer and i hear pdrm with low voice. So on the third call, i answer back and forst thing she ask "awak ada masalah dengan saya ke?", im like girl, you are the problem, speak loud and clear so i can understand you. Ni suara malas, keluar nak taknak. So biadap lah tealive punya budak. Ni not the first time i came, and sepanjang datang, tak oernah good mood the staf, always and always rude.
Okay so back to the order, then she told me yang biscoff dah habis (i am not sho6ck, fourth time orders, only 1 time je apa yang i order tu ada stock, always out of stock ye tealive ni). So i tell her just to cancel my order since i taknak jumpa dia, serabut rasa. And she keep no hearing me, lol dia bukan ada masalah suara taknak keluar, but also telinga tak dengar. So i say "just give me bang bang then". We all know bang bang is cheaper, and ouh i thought i get the money back to my ewallet, but no, didnt. I totally forgot about that, and she, does she remind me? Of coursed not. So am i burning money here? Yes. And am I happy with customer service?
